1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Zendev Studios' services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.
These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including but not limited to AI development, machine learning solutions, full-stack development, and data analytics services.
2. Services Description
Zendev Studios provides AI-first software development services including:
• AI & Machine Learning Development
• Generative AI Applications
• Full-Stack Development
• Data Analytics Solutions
• Custom Software Development
• Consulting and Technical Advisory
a2.1 Scope of Services
Our services are provided on a project basis or through ongoing support agreements. Specific deliverables, timelines, and requirements will be defined in separate project agreements or statements of work.
b2.2 Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time with reasonable notice to clients.
3. User Obligations
As a user of our services, you agree to:
• Provide accurate and complete information when engaging our services
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during projects
4. Intellectual Property Rights
Zendev Studios retains ownership of all proprietary methodologies, frameworks, and general knowledge developed independently. Client-specific deliverables and custom solutions developed under contract belong to the client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.
Any pre-existing intellectual property remains with its original owner. Open-source components used in projects remain subject to their respective licenses.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are specified in individual project agreements. Generally:
• Payment schedules are agreed upon before project commencement
• Late payments may incur interest charges
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise specified
• Refund policies are outlined in project-specific agreements
6. Confidentiality
Zendev Studios commits to maintaining strict confidentiality of all client information and project details. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect sensitive data and will execute additional NDAs when required.
This obligation continues beyond the termination of our service relationship.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zendev Studios shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of our services.
Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with appropriate notice as specified in project agreements. Upon termination:
• Client receives all completed deliverables
• Outstanding payments become immediately due
• Confidentiality obligations continue
• Both parties return or destroy confidential information as requested
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of Islamabad, Pakistan.
